A doctor should be more than a degree
Telehealth
This 'individual' should retire. Her lack of empathy and professionalism is appalling. I received more hands on treatment from the practices CRNP than I did for her. She's only interested in conducting telemedicine appointments to provide less than average medical support and to make claims against your insurance. There should be a away to dispute the services she provides.

Thoughtful and considerate
Dr. Thomas always takes the time to listen to any concerns. She's very smart. My husband goes to her too, likes her and respects her opinion.

Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable and willing to try other options when things aren't working right. She listens and takes the the time to explain things to make them understood. My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Thomas and are very happy with her knowledge, professionalism and care. The staff at Bowie Internal Medicine round out the whole doctor visit to be a stress-free experience with their friendliness and efficiency. I highly recommend this practice, and particularly, Dr. Thomas.

The Telehealth visit was a joke and she was not helpful or seemed concerned and kept asking me the same questions over and over as if she was distracted. Later I had to be hospitalized. She needs to show more concern for patients and do a bvetter job in determing what's best for patient.
