First telemedicine appointment with Dr. Kratt, and it felt like an in-person visit from the beginning. Per usual, Dr. Kratt was very personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen. He asked sincere questions to better understand my concerns, and explained answers to my questions in an easy to understand way. Being virtual was not a barrier I thought it might be. Dr. Kratt has been my PCP for many years now, and I have never found a doctor as caring and open for discussion of tests that I felt necessary. He always explains things to the fullest. I am a hard person to deal with at times and always researching, at which no other doctor will listen to what I have found, but Dr. Kratt always listens and has agreed with or at least entertained most of my findings with the possibility of testing for certain things. Sometimes, not all, but sometimes he agrees with my findings. The other times, he "talks me down off of the ledge". I have no reason to change my PCP. Dr. Kratt is the best there is!
