Dr. Chatterjee is one of the best doctors in NYC.
Dr. Chatterjee takes her time to explain every concern you have. She is brilliant and empathic and even has a great sense of humor. I cannot think of anything more anyone would want from a doctor.

Poor Bedside Manner
Poor bedside manner. The front desk had issues with the address delaying us 10 minutes. Her response was unprofessional blaming us for our delays. Additionally, condescending and rushed in performing the annual physical. Bringing up health issues resulted in an annoyed response and chastising behavior for not being early enough. We were told if we had so many issues then we should have been less tardy. Felt very uncomfortable with her

Dr Chatterjee has been my doctor for approx. 20 years. Her thorough examinations and attention to detail have helped me to avoid serious illness more then once. She exhibits an old school devotion to medicine along with a sincere caring for her patients. Her patients always come first.

She has been my doctor for about 20 years and she has been my daughter's doctor once she turned 18. Despite being busy she always gives her undivided attention, explains her thought process when diagnosing, tries to rule out everything possible to ensure a correct diagnosis. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Chatterjee is an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. She is my primary care physician and last year during my physical, she listened carefully to my symptoms and concerns and sent me to a rheumatologist. I was diagnosed with early rheumatoid arthritis, that would have gotten worse, had she not taken the time to listen to my concerns. Since the diagnosis, she has been supportive and caring, takes the time to listen to my fears and concerns and has been extremely supportive.

While I do like to believe that Dr. Chatterjee means well I would NOT recommend this practice. The office staff and managers are rude and unhelpful. The interests and health of the patient are not a priority. You will not receive good communication or calls back. This office is also behind in online records. I would stay away from this office for the sake of your health.
