Perfect bedside manner. Absolutely garbage doctor.
One of the kindest doctors I've ever encountered.Absolutely did not hear a word I said, and, when I told him that my breathing problems were actively negatively affecting my life to a degree that was bleeding over into my ability to maintain a job, told me to get a therapist. I informed him I had been seeing one since the issue began. He did not order any tests or offer any medication. When I left because I was tired of him insinuating my very real issue is psychological, he called my PCP to order a psychiatric evaluation. Do not go here.

All Around Bad Experience
They put me through the ringer to get an appointment despite my having an authorization. I received my authorization in October, made an appointment, then the receptionist (Jose) called me the day before my appointment to tell me they were cancelling because "we don't accept your insurance plan." I made several calls to my health plan/ insurance to find a suitable ENT doctor which resulted in them telling Dr. Brown's office they cannot simply turn patients/ plans away at whim - as they are certainly in my network. When I finally got into Dr. Brown's office for my appointment, months later, the reception staff was not personable at all. Dr. Brown would ask questions then talk over my responses. I was told I'd have a prescription ordered the next morning and still nothing a week later. Major letdown as I prefer accessing doctors within my community. Do better. Be better.

I had my first appointment with Dr Brown on june 14th he was a very nice doctor he went over my ultrasound report with me and advised me on wht my next step would be. His Employee By the name of michelle was the rudest and most uncaring person in his office I tried to talk to her to resubmit and auth for something the Dr wanted me to have done because they requested the wrong thing and got an auth for that. I told her I hope I don't have cancer michelle replies back I highly doubt cancer in 2 wk

MISDIAGNOSIS! DISTURBING VISIT! Puzzling innuendos, told "too old to have ear infection, other infections maybe" Unprotected open air dirty ear scope. Complete misdiagnosis of reason for going. (Went for ear pain and fluid in ears). Informs me I have TMJ and gives me his referral. After an urgent care visit, both Dentist and Oral Maxifal surgeon, Both of his diagnosis turned out to be 100% WRONG!! If he were a gynecologist I would have run outta there so fast!!
