Dr. Lori Hanes, MD

Dr. Hanes is amazing. She helps with illness, injury, and preventive care. I have been a patient for five years and she knows her business. My health has improved since I became her patient.

In the times we are in this office is the most disgusting people to work with. I called in for refill and was told I had to make an appointment and only would let me come in 3 days during my work. I asked about the cost for the visit and I became upset. The times we are in right now money is tight and to pay to just get a refill was absurd. I had been into to see the Dr within last 6 months. The staff started talking to me like I was child then the office manager told me. "If you don't have money for food you can't expect to go the grocery store and get food for free" WOW think twice about this response from a Dr office during a global pandemic. Seems to go against the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. These people are only there to get your money and not to actually help.

I've been a patient for over 20 years. She's always been very helpful and listens to my concerns. If something comes up unexpected, they do their best to accommodate us and get us in as quickly as possible.

She is very caring and has great concern about the wellness of her patients! I've been a patient for 22 years.
