I was a new patient after a hysterectomy years back, I made an apt with Dr Lambert for menopausal symptoms. A Pap smear was done which lead to a follow up apt for a biopsy for lichen schlerosis. I went in expecting 1 biopsy. The first was tolerable, Dr Lambert proceeded to take 6 biopsies and my body went into shock. It has been the most traumatic experience I have ever gone through. I’m the mom of 4, including twins. Suffered with stage 4 endometriosis & adenomyosis, went through IVF, had a uterine suspension, c-section, hysterectomy and 6 vascular surgeries. The entire apt I was crying out in pain expecting her to stop after 1 or 2. I kept asking how many more. I regret trusting her & allowing her to continue. My body went into shock, I required 2 shots in my leg as I was shaking uncontrollably. My husband was called to pick me up. I had to urinate in the shower for a week and it took a month to heal. I am still traumatized when I think about it. I would never recommend Dr Lambert.

Still regret having her as my doctor 20 yrs later.
I had my son with Dr. Lambert 20 years ago. I still remember the way I was treated and I wish she had never been my Dr.

Dr. Lambert was not the provider for me, very dismissive when I brought up issues concerning my pregnancy. Lori Welch, was amazing. Staff wise. Messaging through the portal was a pain and it was very difficult to get an answer. Teressa at the front who handles billing who sounds like a chain smoker, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I suggest you keep looking for a different provider and skip this one.

I saw the nurse practitioner Heather. Neither Heather nor any of the staff seemed to have had any trauma-informed care training and no TIC systems were in evidence. The office is a little claustrophobic and cramped, and it could use a quick tidy-up. (PLEASE somebody confirm that there is not a pile of—hopefully clean—speculums shoved into a cubby hole on a shelf in full view of patients getting blood drawn!!!) If you have a trauma history, PTSD, etc., and you find that kind of thing triggering, this may not be the office for you. That said, everyone was very kind and accommodating—scheduling worked hard to find me a cancellation appointment, and the medical assistant didn’t argue when I declined certain tests. This office still insists on annual Paps, despite changes in recommendations from ACOG and ACS. I feel like I received competent care and if you don’t need any special accommodations for your fears or disabilities, this office should be fine for you.

I have been seeing her for 3 years now, but I don’t think I will ever go back. My last visit, I cried my eyes out in the parking lot. I went in for abnormal bleeding- no exam was done, they didn’t test me for anemia even though I said I was bleeding heavily, they told me an ultrasound would take two weeks to schedule, and all of my concerns were ignored. I usually see Dr. Lambert, but the past two appointments I have been with Heather- a nurse practitioner- that has prescribed me birth control for my PCOS that I was told by other doctors I should never have been given and lead to one of my cysts rupturing. As a woman, I am used to doctors writing my pain away as hysteria, but I have never been treated so poorly. Instead of examining me to find the source of my bleeding, I was lectured for 10 minutes on taking my birth control on time. I would, under no circumstances, recommend anyone visit Dr. Lambert’s office for PCOS or any reason other than yearly exams and routine screenings.

I came in because of a shadow on a lumbar MRI to be certain I did not have a cyst or a fibroid. I expressed that this was not an annual appointment and did not want to have a Pap test or typical annual exam. Dr. Lambert did whatever tests she wanted and I felt violated and not listened to. Her staff also administered a heart exam through a finger sensor and performed a before and after blood pressure tests to monitor stress levels. There was no need for this testing and I will be watching out for the amount that is billed to Medicare. I have never experienced the level of insensitivity in a doctor and I voiced my displeasure on the exam table.

I have been a patient for many years, but recently found out that tests I declined were done anyway. Now I am being billed for them even though I was told the office would take care of it. I have tried several different ways to contact this office with no return communication. My bill is now 3 months overdue. I am very disappointed by the way Dr. Lambert and her office have handled this.

This was my 1st visit to the GY since I moved to Orlando. Dr Lambert was very professional and thorough, she actually asked you questions on your health history, definitely not a flight by visit as it’s common nowadays. The staff was very attentive, blood work and sonograms performed on site, it’s a plus. Dr. Lambert order some tests recommended for my age bracket and provided me with a list of Drs in the area, very helpful as this’s a daunting task when new to an area. Definitely recommend her

I’ve been going here for about 5 years & Heather W. is very caring! After getting my IUD out after 3 years and trying for a baby we luckily got pregnant in two weeks! I had to move out of the area to start my new life and I had to see Dr. Lambert, not Heather. Dr. Lambert was VERY RUDE. NOT personable at all! First time i met her she said, “Aren’t you moving & transferring?” The feeling i got from the office ladies excluding Heather, Patti, Stacey & Linda was unwelcoming from then on ous!

The worst Doctor ever, she treated me with so much disrespect as a new Mom, she made be go through test after test without caring about the danger it could cause my baby. She didn't even introduce herself to me when we first met, all she did was bombard me with a list of tests and the longest conversation I had with her lasted 2 minutes. I will never forget how horrible she was. She made me live a nightmare of losing my baby if I don't get him tested for diseases he could have in the future...

My main concern when visiting a doctor is the care I receive. Although Dr. Lambert's office decor is a little outdated, who cares? The staff are super nice and answer all of my questions. I am extremely happy with the care that Dr. Lambert and Heather provide. Dr. Lambert has delivered my 2 babies. I will definitely be with her for my next pregnancy. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants personalized care.

Well, I never saw Lori Lambert. What kind of office never lets you interact with the doctor it is named after? The office is horrible. The building is old and dingy. I felt very uncomfortable having my exam there. The staff is unfriendly and outright rude. If you try calling for something later, then good luck. They never answer and rarely call back. This place is horrible and incompetent and I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
