Poor Coordination of Office Staff
Be aware that medical students are present during appointments and ask many questions. Dr. Moss is competent but her office staff is not impressive; insurance processing and other communication need improvement.

She was very sarcastic when I explained issues to her. She is not very warm or friendly. It feels like she thinks all people are the same.
