Repeated cancellations
I am disappointed with Dr. Noble. First, she rushes through appointments and speaks so quickly that it's hard to keep up with her. One gets the impression that she has a stopwatch running for each appointment. Second, after I waited many months to get an appointment, she repeatedly rescheduled on me and ultimately cancelled the appointment when she made the switch to a concierge practice.

Great Dr for Primary & Gyn
I've been going to Dr. Noble for 14 yrs now. I moved out of the area 2 yrs ago & still kept her doing telehealth visits. She graduated from University of Penn & had many certificates and awards. She is my primary Dr & also my gyn Dr. I like that she does both to save me time in looking for a gyn specialist. She is great!
