Great Neurologist
The care that I received by Dr. Graef and his staff was excellent. He was extremely thorough and explained test results to me in a very clear manner. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. In addition, he has a great sense of humor.

Would NOT recommend this practice
I found him and his crew to be very condescending and disrespectful. They imposed and sold masks even after they were no longer recommended by CDC, his prescriptions are sent through a third party website which ‘compete’ with your insurance provider, threatens you with not prescribing your medicine if you question his instructions. I left him, stopped taking his prescription and am doing perfectly fine.

Besides giving me the best exam I have ever had by a neurologist he is compassionate, friendly and very professional. If you’re in need of a neurologist he is the person to go to.

Best Neurologist
Dr Graef provided the most clear and accurate information I have ever received from a neurologist. He actively listened to me and made me feel like a partner in his work with me. He is the best. Jackie K

Dr. Graef was kind and patient with my mother. She has been to other Neurologists who have not been able to figure out why she is falling suddenly so often and they have no bedside manner. He assured her that he was going to do all of the necessary tests and find out the root cause, which we are in the process of doing. The staff could not be nicer, we are very hopeful.

A member of my family has Parkinson’s. After an evaluation, we were given a six month appointment . Then COVID hit. At the six month appointment I spoke to a nurse who told me if he wasn’t on medication he could wait. We made another six month appointment which had to be aZoom encounter. When the Zoom call started he was nasty about skipping the previous date. We were sitting at the kitchen table, my husband’s hand was shaking badly. We stood up and had him do various maneuvers. Then he stated he didn’t see anything wrong. I mentioned the tremor. His answer was if you don’t show up for another appointment you will get a letter that you are no longer in the practice. Needless to say, we won’t be going back

His ratings were good but they had to be written by members of his family because this is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. He dictates the treatment to you and if you ask any questions he gets very defensive and has no respect for his patients. He gives the impression that he is the superior and you are the inferior.

Dr Graef is extremely rude and condescending. He half listens to a patient’s concerns , pays no attention to what a patient is saying and talks down to patients and dismisses their concerns without any helpful information. I would never recommend him and would encourage any patient to seek out another neurologist.

Dr. Graef was recommended by 1 of 4 neurosurgeons I visited prior to scheduling a 2nd back surgery. I underwent multiple tests and it was decided that I should secure PT prior to any possible surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Graef - his thoroughness and evaluative skills.

Dr Graef is a physician I totally trust and respect. So far he is the only doctor attempting to find a cause and solution for post surgery numbness and pain. He takes time to listen and discusses your questions with you. His office staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend him.

Over an hr. Wait time and he spent the whole time lecturing how I needed to expect it. Following visit spent half the time negating fibromyalgia blaming it on depression and rheumatologists. Asked him not to discuss it....he wouldn’t stop disparaging fibro. I although I never brought it up in the first place. After outside testing told me to make an appt. with a vascular surgeon but wouldn’t tell me why till a week later when I had an appt. very disappointing. Would never recommend him.

Dr Graef is a miracle worker. I have suffered from severe migraines for 17 years. I have visited various doctors whose treatments were temporary solutions. Dr Graef treated me and I have never felt better. For the first time in years, I can enjoy the day migraine/headache free. Thank you Dr
