Dr. Cross has quite literally Saved my Life. I am so greatful for the work he and his team does at Willamette valley treatment center. It doesn’t matter where Cross practices medicine, I Trust him with my Life and highly recommend him.

Opiate treatment with medication is a tricky field at its best and I don't wish some of his clients on ,y worst enemy.. still, though he is doing some good work he does come off as arrogant indeed and it's painful to hear he stonewalls clients based on prejudices such as making it personal mission to hurt people's reputation and relationship with PCP or psych, especially over prescriptions of psych meds, when not his forte.. I know they r dangerous mix for some but let docs all use their degrees and knowledge, hope not predisposition. All in all he's saved my life when it comes down to it. Some of his nurses and clinical supervisor and director etc have hurt my recovery and mental health and I wish they'd get rid of the mean cold people who have no place in a theraputic environment.. It is mostly a money and healthcare game or balancing act in the end I guess but saving lives and losing a few in long run is worth it I hope. I'd never have kept my child or my life without MAT. Thanks

Dr. Cross comes across as very arrogant. He knows best and that is that. He refuses to help, even though I see him for a specific purpose. He had a chip on his shoulder before I stepped foot In his office. I felt like I had to argue and ask a huge favor to even ask him to preform his job. He refused even so.
