Dr Blumenfeld was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was able to speak to his extensive experience. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist. My son’s surgery was successful. We are very grateful to him.

Dr Blumenfeld did my strabismus surgery in 2003 and again in December 2023. This kind of surgery doesn't always last forever and I had an expectation of needing it again. The staff at the facility were impressively knowledgable also. Dr Blumenfeld and the entire medical staff were cool, calm, friendly and organized. There could be room for improvement in the process of making the initial appointment.

Dr. Blumenfeld is without doubt the best pediatric ophthalmologist in the Greater Orlando area. Our children see Dr. Blumenfeld for their eye needs. Dr. Blumenfeld performed strabismus surgery on our toddler; he did an outstanding job. The results for our child thus far have been a great success. Dr. Blumenfeld was extremely thorough during the office visits leading up to our child's surgery, during the pre-op appointment, on the day of the procedure, and at the post-op appointment. Dr. Blumenfeld called us directly on a holiday weekend to check on our child following the procedure. He answered all of our questions throughout the process and took time to explain everything. We highly recommend Dr. Blumenfeld and will continue to have our children see him for as long as he is practicing.

During the past 6 months Dr Blumenfeld has been patient, kind and through. On Multiple visits he sat with us and reviewed records from our Neurosurgeons office before offering his guidance and answers. Our 7 year old son had a rough year, a brain surgery, and last week Dr Blumenfeld completed a surgery on the muscles in both his eyes. We are very pleased with the results. Dr Blumenfeld called the day after surgery (on Saturday) just to check in. I would highly recommend him to anyone. From the start we have had an excellent experience. His office Nurse manager is a gem and was so patient with me when I was scared. At every visit my husband and I always felt like we were being heard and supported. We can’t say enough good things. I had eye muscle surgery three weeks ago and my results have been outstanding. I have not had any pain or discomfort at all. I was unable to drive without having traffic distorted and coming in to me but now it is perfect.

My 3 year old had strabismus that was VERY noticeable, we finally decided on surgery to correct it.
