I am deeply saddened at the results. I wasted thousands of dollars and now look worse. Louis and his staff were so friendly before the plastic surgery, now that I have many problems with the results, they are very rude when I do get someone on the phone. Please, do not make the same mistakes by trusting this office to perform any surgery.

Botched breast augmentation! Absolutely do not use him for this. He specializes in facial surgery but literally guesses on the breast procedure. I have to have mine redone I wish I would have known before I used him.

I have had great experiences with Dr. Bonaldi and his staff. I have had surgery twice, my Mother, Mother in Law, and many friends have all had great experiences as well. The staff is always welcoming and they are true professionals. I would recommend this office highly.

Had a bad experience with Dr. Bonaldi and bad results he is soft spoken which leads you to think that he cares but overall it’s about how much money he can get out of you. I will never recommend him to anyone. I chose him by trial and error. And in my case if was error!

Very unhappy with the quality of his work. He is more about the money then the quality of the chosen procedure and the happiness of his patient

The whole experience from scheduling the appointment (I was in a panic facing a mastectomy and wanted a third opinion immediately- they got in the same day), the professional yet comforting staff, to the humble confidence that Dr. Bonaldi embraces- made my experience superior. He was the first doctor to actually understand my very complicated condition and more importantly find a solution!
