Dr. Louis Costa, MD

Dr. Costa left me with an elongated ear lobe on one side after surgery then told me that I was over analyzing my features and that, actually everyone has mis-matched features and I was only noticing it now because I was looking too hard. When I asked to review the before pictures, he cherry picked a few but didn’t show me all of them. My concerns were not adequately addressed, I felt invalidated and his demeanor was dismissive and arrogant. He acted as if I must have imagined I had matching ears! I felt humiliated. He assumed no responsibility or offered and corrective follow up. I never in a million years could have imagined I would be treated like that after putting so much trust (and more than $10k) in Dr. Costa and paying 100% upfront. In one follow up he made me wait for an hour probably hoping I would give up. I finally did! To this day I will not wear my hair up because one ear lobe is noticeably deformed and elongated. My advice - NEVER LET HIM TOUCH YOU!

I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face. Dr Costa is a gifted surgeon and he has a huge heart to go with it. I am so pleased with the work he did for me. Life changing.

Very informative prior to surgery. Really arrogant and condescending afterward, even when he was trying to fix his poor work. Surgical suites are filthy. His nurse lies quite well to cover her own behind.

My experience was not good. If you could see my nose right now...it looks like a small corn dog on my face. I trusted Dr. Costa, gave him $8000 cash, and he turned my nose into a mini hotdog. I can’t believe this guy still operates on humans, because I don’t believe he has a soul or a conscience.

The staff was very professional with respect to guidelines for COVID protocol. The office was impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and interested in my well being throughout my appointment time. Dr Costa reviewed my medical history as well as my concerns and questions with respect to my needs. Dr Costa genuinely spoke to specific questions. The time he spent with me was very much appreciated. I totally recommend this office to anyone seeking an honest thorough and capable surgeon for facial surgical needs.

It’s been 5 months since my eyelid lift and neck lift and I’m ecstatic with my results. The most amazing thing about my results is that I look the same but about 15 years younger. Dr Costa is an artist. I didn’t want to look in the mirror or have my photo taken before my surgery, and now, I’ll jump in every photo and I love looking in the mirror. I have eyelids again and a beautiful neck line. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Best experience EVER!

I had surgery in December 2016. Dr Costa did the procedure. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. The entire staff were super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Costa. Very very happy with the procedure and after results.

Post op suite is filthy. Ended up with infection resulting in permanent discoloration after a year. Too scared to go back to have him fix it. Very nice prior to surgery, abrasive follow up, lies about recovery and healing time frame. Very egotistical.
