Dr. Louis Orlando, MD

Dr. Orlando always takes time to be thorough with a patient appointment. Even when he’s been delayed at some point, he makes you feel like you’re the most important part of his day. At the end of the appointment he always asks if you have any other concerns. I know they review charts before they come in the room, but he even remembers small facts about you that wouldn’t be on the chart, like a vacation you were taking, etc. When I have medical questions, he’s very smart and quick with the answer. Couldn’t ask for a better physician.

Called to make an appointment and his receptionist was so rude. She said “well are you a new patient? “ I said yes. She replied, “well he’s not seeing new patients.” I let her know my family has been seeing him for years and it’s just a follow up i have to do for getting out of the hospital. She said “he’s not taking new patients” .. I understand people are busy but she was very condescending and did not go out of her way to do anything other than shut me down. I had heard nothing but good things about Dr Orlando so to have such a hateful receptionist be my first encounter with his office was really off-putting. Someone should talk with her about her lack of customer service.

Great doctor, bar none! Very thorough, caring and takes as much time with you as YOU want. Never had a better doctor, never!

Alway very friendly. Listens and always makes sure my questions and problems are taken care of.

Dr. Orlando is amazing. We have referred 3 of our married friends to him and we talk all of the time about how blessed we are to have a physician like him. He always knows everything on my chart before he comes in to the exam room. My wife and I believe her truly cares about our physical and mental health. I trust him completely.

He firmly believes that if he had not been lucky enough to have Dr. Orlando available when he was admitted to the ER in 2007, he would not be here today after suffering a serious stroke. John totally believes that the care he has received the past thirteen years is the reason that he is still alive and enjoying life.
