I went to .dr Panlilio 3 years ago when I needed medication for addiction after my husband passed. He was supposed to be weaning me off, but instead, kept me supplied with the meds I was addicted to. All I had to do was call, and in the end he didn’t see me, after an email from me, he called in the prescriptions I asked for to the pharmacy. Said I was drug seeking, which is true, I was addicted. Then I decided I needed help, cancelled my appointment with him, and he charged me for the cancelled appointment.Very dissatisfied with him

Do not see any of these physicians!
The staff is rude, they do not return phone calls. The doctors only care about money, not the patients. Don't waste your time.

He is the best in his field. Has a wonderful attitude, with a good sense of humor. His nursing staff are the best. They keep talking while keeping the patients mind off the procedure being done. I recommend Dr. Panlilio well worth the experience. Nancy Poremski, patient. Five Stars!!

Dr P was my pain specialist after I underwent spine surgery twice. He was good at first but then expanded his practice. He only does injections now and leaves appointments to his subpar associates. My last visit one told me I actually wasn’t in pain and needed nothing. I’ve had over 25 surgeries and live in pain daily. I try natural options now. I’m not an experiment anymore.

FIRST, I am an expert in Pharmacology/Toxicology as reported by a THREE Judge panel in Baltimore County. SECOND, I have worked in the latest research environment re. "pain and abusable meds" as DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY NIDA (National Institute of Drug Abuse) high security. THIRD I have a rare (highest mortality/suicide rate of ALL Arthrities) form of Arthritis so I know Pain Therapy over TWENTY YEARS. FORTH, After seeing me for all of 10" he almost passed out as I described medically what emergency/disease states have caused me pain over the years (medical history). FIFTH I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO SEE THIS QUACK ! HIS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IS INEXCUSABLE (I have "hard evidence to back up these statements) Harvard Law Prof. evidence at Maryland School of Law. SIXTH, Go through another MD at this LARGE group practice (you will be transferred to a PA or Nurse Practitioner, some who ARE EXCELLENT !). Thank You Sincerely, Ex Healthcare Patient

Dr. Panlilio is great, but the staff is awful. Front staff and assistants are very nasty. It's difficult to get past the staff to see the doctor. I have been a patient here for 2 years, and have never experienced such a poor level of patient care and concern at any medical facility. Keep looking elsewhere.

2 1/2 years after lumbar fusion surgery I began to have lumbar pain again. I saw Dr Panlilio for an epidural steroid injection. Dr Panlilio saw me at the time of my scheduled appointment. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure to me and my husband and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The procedure was performed with no problems. I felt an improvement that night. Within a week,I was pain free. Two months later, I am still pain free and extremely happy.

Dr P is a fine physician. However, his administrative staff is sorely lacking. Pain management is a specialty where acute matters arise. This office does not respond in a timely manner, if, in fact, they respond at all. They lie to patients in need of their care telling them they will call them back and failing to do so. This would be one of the very last pain management clinics I would recommend. What's the point of having a pain mangmnt physician who is unresponsive when you really need him?

Dr. Panillio pain management treatment is sound and he is a really good guy who spends a lot of time with you. If you need assistance outside of an appointment -- that is where things start to suffer. He is nearly impossible to reach outside of an appointment and he usually has a huge backlog for appointments -- typically a 2 month wait to get an appointment. To make matters worse -- many messages left or attempts to reach him routinely get lost by his office secretary who is horrible.
