I seen Dr. Petcu for a terrible dry cough I had developed and suffered with for a long time until I could live with it any longer. I thought it was from post nasal drip. He diagnosed me with Acid Reflux, provided a prescription for Pepcid and treatment plan with a Dietitian. I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am for Dr. Petcu. My cough has gotten 99% better and am so happy to have gotten some relief! He is a caring doctor who reviews all reports and is sincere. I would highly recommend Dr. Petcu!

As a new patient, I do believe Dr. Louis Petcu is an incredible ENT specialist! A few days ago after my dinner, I felt like I had a tiny fish bone stuck in my throat. Dr. Petcu took his time to listen to my concerns. He explained his examination and diagnosis to me in a very clear manner. In addition, Dr. Petcu's friendly smile and good sense of humor helped reduce patient's fear of pain.
I highly recommend Dr. Louis Petcu to anyone looking for an ENT specialist.

Dr. Petcu was very professional and listened to all of my concerns. He was very informed and get excellent descriptions of my diagnosis with clear and easy to understand terminology. He listened to my questions, and was patient when I ask for clarification. This was my first experience going to an ENT specialist and I was very happy with the appointment.

Wonderful experience! I felt heard and taken care of by this very caring, intelligent, and attentive Dr..I was very concerned over my sudden symptoms. He was very reassuring and took the time and all the information into account before prescribing the appropriate medication. I am apart of a Facebook group that has experienced the same symptoms but hardly the same care I received from Dr. Petcu. I feel incredibly blessed to know that he will continue to care for me moving forward on this unprecedented journey I am now on.

I recently started seeing Dr. Petcu after going to several different ENT providers for months I could not find one ENT provider to help with my feeling of dizziness , off balance, clogged/ pressure in the ears. My first visit with Dr. Petcu was amazing I felt like I found an angel, he said whatever it is we will get you back feeling normal again. He took his time and went above and beyond to make sure he ran all types of test .He came with solutions and never stopped till I felt better, he even recommended therapy to get my balance back. I end up having a surgical procedure and he did amazing job with the entire ordeal. I am now feeling like myself again . I truly think Dr.Petcu is a gift from God himself . Thank you Dr. Petcu you saved me!!!!!

Dr. Petcu is very thorough and explains to the patient,in layman's language, the current status of their health and how to treat current symptoms at home. He is interested in find the right solutions for the patient. Nothing more and nothing less.
I have been dealing with a chronic sinus condition for more than forty years. Dr. Petcu has provided solutions during my two office visits that have significantly improved my symptoms. No surgery needed. Just adjustments in the medication mix.
I would recommend seeing Dr. Petcu to anyone in the Middletown, NY area who is not satisfied with their current physician's performance record.

Very positive. He listened and asked many pertinent questions. I had problems with BPPV for years and tried other treatments, but his method seemed much more comprehensive and I did finally get relief. He also suggested another treatment for thrush that worked-I had been plagued for about three months and tried other treatments, his worked. He even diagnosed my TMJ. I felt like other doctors weren't really listening. It was great to know he really wanted to help and he definitely did!

Seen to Dr. Petcu on 4/16/19 I never seen him before ususally see Dr. Massengill. But I was a little lary seeing a new dr. under my health isuses. I was very impressed as I was with Dr. Massengill. He treated me for my illness and also explained everything in detail and more. I thought his bedside manner was great and very caring and answered questions. I highly recommend him like I did with Dr. Massengill they are both great doctors. Also the wait was not long at all and got appointment rite away.

Dr Petcu went above and beyond for me! He knew that my mother always had tons of questions and had to write everything down. He prepared himself ahead of time and sat her down and explained everything to the both of us. He also came to visit me in the hospital even though he did not have too. I'm so sad he moved out of CT.
