After dealing with Ulcerative Colitis for over 10 years, it was time to have my colon removed. As scary as that thought was, Dr Barfield and his staff have me the confidence that I was making the right decision. He is the best doctor that I have ever had. He cares about his patients, and his bed side manner is second to none. I love this man for giving me my life back

Excellent, very thorough doctor. Kind, caring man with great sense of humor. Gives patient & family members his full attention & interest. Offers explanations of symptoms, disease, procedure, or operation in plain language.
