Terrible
called for an appointment for symptoms of urinary tract infection. had an appointment and waited 2 hours and still no doctor. front desk said to reschedule as dr was busy. Not what you want to hear. urinary tract infections can be serious. apparently this doctor didn't think so.

What a horrible office staff. When I asked on the phone if 2 of the doctors in this office do a certain procedure, the woman on the phone said, "Is it a urological procedure?" I said yes, but I want to know if they have done many of these surgeries. She said' "It's a urology office, they do urological things here!" She was sarcastic and condescending. So many people could do her job better.....What a lousy staff, so they won't see me.....

Horrible experience 1. Brought my blood work, he looked & was sending me to the same blood so i can come back to make more money. 2. Doesn't explain anything, in a rush to finish with me, Stay away because he has no care for you to help you, he is trying to make more money out of you.

I would highly recommend Dr Yogel . My husband was treated by Dr Yogel and his surgery went like clock work. We were told what to expect . We were seen in a timely fashion and it was easy to get an appointment. Office staff was very efficient. Dr Yogel returns phone calls the day you call . We went to Dr Yogel for a Second Opinion. Thank goodness we found him. The surgery has improved my husbands quality of life.

My Dad was in Holy Cross hospital for a Kidney stone and Dr. Yogel kicks my Mom out of the room to Only speak to my Dad (They've been married 57 years so unsure of why he chose to do this). Then he releases my Dad while dry heaving and in pain. My 75 year old Mom is driving my 79 year old Dad dry heaving and in pain back to their house. Our GP is extremely upset that my Dad was released. UNBELIEVABLE!
