Dr. Louise Feldhaus, MD

Dr. Feldhaus has zero bedside manner. I was extremely nervous being a young patient getting checked for a lump in my breast and she walked into the room saying “so where is this lump you think you have?” I felt like I was wasting her time and that I was taking up an appointment and she was almost upset there was not something bad to report. I was so taken aback by her introduction into the room, I finally responded “isn’t that a good sign there’s nothing bad?” And she continued to talk to me like I was an idiot. Now fast forward, they are sending me to a specialist because for whatever reason her findings did not seem to be sufficient. I do NOT recommend this doctor. She is rude and needs to understand that patients do not want to be spending their afternoon seeing if they have a cancerous lump. If this woman was responsible for telling me I had cancer I can only imagine how horribly she would have relayed this information. Needs a lesson on bedside manner.
