There is not a nicer, sweetie, kinder and just all around wonderful doctor around. She i a GREAT! Surgeon with the best bedside manor I have ever seen in a doctor. She love her patients and it shows, I look forward to my appointments with her as I trust her and her knowledge. SHES THE GREATEST!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Santiago for hemorrhoid treatment. After removing a few in the office she said I would need to have them removed at the Belleair Surgi-center, which I did. I was given no instructions on care at home. It turned out to be a big fiasco. I was not told how long the recovery should take. I called her office and spoke with the receptionist about my so far horrible post op experience and have not heard from her as of yet

Started off good. Post surgery visit Dr. Santiago very unprofessional. I called her about a week later and had my insurance company on 3 way call to discuss charges and she got on phone literally yelling and screaming she is not a fraud.Needless to say insurance company listened to entire screaming assault she had on me and they were not impressed with her with the way she treated me.I no longer go to her.

Dr. Santiago is kind, caring, patient and easy going. Spends time with patients, asks repeatedly if you have anymore questions. Since she deals with what I consider a more complex and stressful (for patient) field of health I found this very comforting. She is an expert in her field and does have to go to emergencies across the street at times and being her expertise I understand that and have had to wait a bit longer to see the doctor at times but since my family is in the medical field I understand.

I've never had a more honest, caring, knowledgeable, has patience, or educated doctor & surgeon!! Her office can be busy at times. But that comes with a phenomenal doctor that cares, & gives you fantastic medical treatment. I know this from my experience as a patient for over 10 years.

She’s the best! Diagnosed my problem quickly. Everyone in the office has a great attitude. I highly recommend Dr Santiago.

I am a current patient of Dr. Santiago, and she has performed several outpatient procedures on my behalf. She is an excellent surgeon. Top notch. Her bedside manner is very compassionate and kind. She listens intently and patiently to my medical concerns and she is conservative in her recommended treatments and procedures. I highly recommend her as a surgeon. I am very thankful that I was referred to her. Her staff is wonderful, kind, and responsive as well. They personally answer the telephone without delay and are attentive to my concerns and requests. Dr. Santiago is a real gem. I had been battling with pain for years and with one overview recent tests she was able to diagnose and schedule the procedure I needed. She is professional takes the time to listen! Highly recommended.

Had a fistula after ours under anesthesia she could not do it. Second try she said she had plan B incase plan A didn't work. After over 4 hours on operation bed under anesthesia-- when I woke up she failed.

I highly recommend Dr. Santiago! She was very patient and caring and took the time to listen to my needs as a patient. Her staff was great as well and it was easy and efficient to work with her office. I so appreciate her help. She was amazing. Thank you Dr. Santiago!

I’ve been going to Dr Santiago since 2008. She is caring and a wonderful and very efficient surgeon. I’ve also recommended many friends and coworkers to her practice and they all agree that Dr Santiago is the Best!!

I know that I had to do this in 2016, when I first had my surgery, but I get to do it 5 years later because in truth I am very grateful with the result after so long, but it is never too late to tell the world how special is Dr. Santiago. She changed my life with the colectomy surgery and walk me through the procedure (before and after) she treated me like a family member of hers. After 3 years I moved from Florida and she still answers me any discomfort that I have. She is a humanbeing and she treats you as such and she gaves all the attention that she deserves a patient. I'm so happy with everything and fully recommend her. Thank you so much Dr. Santiago, Please never change.

Dr Santiago is the best in the biz. She is the ONLY one I've been able to see who even understands what I'm trying to say about my symptoms. She is careful not to jump straight to an extreme treatment, but she also isn't scared to prescribe what WORKS instead of trying the same worthless medication repeatedly like everyone else.

What an amazing doctor and staff. Very caring! She has treated me for things my primary completely missed. Vary grateful for her and her staff. Amazing doctor and person who makes a difference in the community.

Dr. Lordes is the kindest, sweetest, most caring Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of not only meeting and working in the ER at Morton Plant ER 1 but also as her patient. She was my mother’s doctor with an advanced case of rectal cancer and ... now that I’m 50 ... she was the only one I would consider for my screening colonoscopy! Very caring and professional. Yes, you are often there a little longer than you would expect but that’s because she NEVER rushes anyone. One of the most personable doctors I’ve ever met. She will answer every single question you ask and make sure that you feel the care and support for whatever your issue is. This is why it takes a while when you go but I assure you, the care you receive is well worth the wait!

I've had three appointments with Dr. Santiago all within the past six weeks. She was very nice and personable however her time management skills need improvement; I waited anywhere from 1 - 2 hours for all three of my appointments which is unacceptable. I'm not retired and I don't have time to waste waiting for the doctor to meet with me for five minutes, ten minutes tops. Please stop overbooking patients.
