Total incompetence
Not only did I find out that she had a โ€œmonetary stakeโ€ in the ONLY hospital she would use to do my surgery, her staff completely dropped the ball on getting the insurance verifications done in a timely matter (OVER 2 MONTHS) and all youโ€™re going to get in return is โ€œwe appreciate your understandingโ€โ€ฆno maโ€™am, my understanding went out the window WEEKS AGO!

I was entirely pleased by Dr Gressot.
Dr. Gressot was pleasant, informative, and thorough in advising me of the surgery required to fix my lower back disc problems. My prep for surgery was professional and thorough. The surgery was performed by Dr. Gressot and her team timely and professionally. Post surgical treatment was done in the same professional and friendly manner.

Great Surgeon!
I had a disc replacement in my neck around October of 2022. Dr. Gressot was very knowledgeable and full of energy. She made the whole process not so intimidating (neck/spine surgery is pretty scary). 8 months later I feel great. Thank you for all you did for me! Even though you did a phenomenal job, I hope I wonโ€™t see you for a very long time!

No Help for paralyzed diaphragm
She did one test. The radiologist missed so much in the report that was in a very recent report. My diaphragm is paralyzed. If nothing showed up in this test then do another test. I went to her for help to relieve immense suffering and help fix my diaphragm. She abandoned my care and did not do further tests and did absolutely nothing to help me. Wouldn't even see me to go over the test. Stay away from her.

Very refreshing to have a doctor and office who care for you as the patient. They remember you, they check for your test results and give you copies - while most other doctors have required me to track down results and bring them to my appointment. Dr. Gressot and Laura have both been amazing and very refreshing to work with. They provide the high level of patient care that I wish other doctors would strive to provide.

I just saw Dr Gressot today for the first time as a new patient. I had driven for 4.5 hours from Louisiana to Houston. I cannot day enough about her manner, knowledge, attention to detail and sincere interest in my Neurosx issues. We developed a plan that was started immediately with a full explanation as to possible treatments, outcomes and alternatives. I fully recommend her for neurosurgical issues. Her staff was top notch to boot.
