Dr. Lucia Chou, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr Chou over 25 years and have always been very satisfied with her attention, involvement, concern and engagement with my medical care. I highly recommend this caring medical professional.

Years ago, my mother was in terrible shape. Her quality of life was diminishing quickly so I had to step in and care for her. She had always gone to Chou. This woman would keep up waiting for 2 hours!! When I said something about it, she got defensive. No apology, no nothing. Her receptionist was one of the rudest women I've ever met. No greeting, just an ugly scowl on an ugly face. I can't believe for one minute these glowing reviews are true. I eventually found my mother another physician and she received better care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chou for 10 years. I have always viewed visits to a physician as highly stressful events. Over the years, Dr. Chou has helped me to grow as a patient. She listens to my concerns, asks the appropriate questions and shares her knowledge with me in clear and professional manner. I am grateful to have been referred to her as a patient.

Dr Chou is a very caring and thorough doctor.
