- Failed to prescribe sedation for MRI. Her exact words were, “Do you think you will need sedation for the MRI?” And then before giving me a chance to speak (because she is always in such a drastic hurry), she said, “Nah, you won’t need sedation for the MRI, " and then abruptly left - Failed to explain that a procedure I was coming in for would require anesthesia in order to avoid pain - Failed to explain that because of the anesthesia, I would need a ride home from someone I know
