Dr. Lucille Thomas, MD

Dr. Thomas has been my Primary care physician for many years. She was always thorough, friendly, and knew her craft. Her staff is equally professional and effective. No wonder, look who they're working for.

My wife and I have had Dr. Thomas as our GP for a few years and she has become increasingly cold, apathetic, and does not listen or seem to believe what we tell her. Her office is filled with posters and table stand promos for her esthetician service. But never one notice about steps to avoid the pandemic. Not even one about general medical information. She also doubled my blood pressure medication WITHOUT ever discussing it with me! Her receptionist is equally as cold and seems to hate her job. RUN, don't walk away from this "doctor."

Dr Thomas does not rush when she is with a patient. She listened to my concerns, took her time reviewing my chart with me. She clearly describes options and encourages my choices. She has a great manner with me and I always leave being reassured. Her staff is very professional. Dr Thomas sent me off for a mammogram. When I needed my test reviewed by a specialist, she gave me a referral that was truly a lifesaver. The doctor found breast cancer stage 3. She introduced me to the UCLA health system. They took good care of me and I received chemo and radiation. If It wasnt for Dr Thomas’ referral I dont think I could have found better care Thank you Dr Thomas

Cares about her patients. Takes time with you never feels like she is in a rush. Shows concern and compassion. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable and caring. She is a good listener, and takes her time to explain health issues and concerns. Her secretary is also very helpful and kind.

Dr. Thomas is a professional who listens to your issues, is empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. I am so lucky to have her as my physician.

If I hadn’t moved out of state, she would still be my PCP. Dr. Thomas is thorough, compassionate, respectful and kind. It’s been nearly 4 years since I moved to Oregon and I’m still searching for a ‘GOOD’ doctor...

I've been seeing Dr. Thomas for about a year now. I've had a difficult time and she has helped me through it. She is caring, shows great integrity, understanding and is very reliable! I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Dr. Thomas falsely accused me, called me a liar., slandered me in front of others, and when I attempted to defend myself, she threatened to not refill me prescription for a medication I need to survive. I was in shock by how awful this woman treated me. I paid her with my own money - no insurance. I'd only met her once before and paid her almost $300 for he first appointment. This was my 2nd appointment. She's Dangerous and cruel. If you care about your health and well-being stay away from her.

Filed a complaint for her lack of professionalism and condescending attitude. Being offered pain meds and not even doing an exam or ask questions about family history is just unacceptable for any medical doctor. Her staff is lovely, but I requested and was granted a refund for time wasted. Dr. thomas has mot one cell of empathy and is cold and rude in conversation and doesn't even care to rule anything out. Not sure what she is family practice for other than masking pain with prescriptions. Ugh

Dr. Thomas is an excellent Doctor. She is very compassionate and will make you feel very comfortable. The front office is very pleasant and efficient. Medical care is superb.

Dr. Thomas is one of the most compassionate, thorough doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her staff is equally so. Her office is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and her patient systems are technologically on point. I continue to recommend Dr. Thomas to my friends, family and clients alike.
