CBH should get rid of her
Telehealth
Dr Venturanza should NOT be practicing psychiatry. Look at all the bad reviews about her. We experienced the same things with her. She is rough, nasty and talks to patients like a drill sergeant. She is always late to her appointments. She doesn't read her patient's medical records. She admits that. Central Behavioral Health should get rid of her if they care about the well being of their patients.

Jeopardizes mental health
I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional, insensitive, and rude “caregiver” in my life. She showed up over 15 mins late to the call and did not turn on her camera w/ several technical issues. She then blamed the issues on me in an angry, confrontational manner, meanwhile she continues putting me on hold so she can check my chart. She ended up hanging up in the end because she had another appt. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. I was left with several unanswered questions and no refill for my medication. (A rx I was weaning off of and completely out of). I had to turn to my oncologist for an emergency refill as no one ever answered or followed up. I can’t believe anyone’s mental health is in the hands of this woman. This is the first time I have ever left a review for a healthcare professional (I am battling cancer so that says a lot), but I strongly felt the need to warn others what they are in for. I can only hope something is done about this. It is grossly unacceptable.

Extremely rude & disorganized
A summary of my explanation from my physician transfer request form: Dr. Venturanza has been very rude and combative during our appointments. She has also repeatedly kept me on the phone for several minutes while she struggles to find my chart information, which strikes me as very unprofessional and disorganized. I do not trust someone like this with my personal information or to help make decisions relating to my quality of life. During every single appointment, she presents as condescending, judgmental, arrogant, and uninformed. Since my last appointment in November 2022, I have been looking for psychiatric services elsewhere. I NEVER post reviews like this, but Dr. Venturanza has been exceptionally horrible! I’ll take my chances suffering through my mental illness without medication before scheduling another appointment with her…

Horrible
Horrible attitude, terrible knowledge-base, doesn't listen, demeaning to patients...in short, she should be working with mice in a lab somewhere & NOT seeing patients!

Nice woman but terrible psychiatrist. Literally used her iPhone in front of me to google a question I asked about my meds and read the first thing she found. Definitely doesn’t feel great when your psychiatrist is using their phone and google with you in the room.
