Dr. Pavone is fantastic - office staff is HORRIBLE. Beyond horrible. They don't return calls AT ALL and when you do get them on the phone they are terribly rude. I wish he would replace the entire office staff at Naperville. The terrible office staff gives a good doctor a bad name.

My with Dr. Pavone was wonderful but because of the astonishing lack of professionalism of Tameka, I will not be returning. She doesn't return calls, she was rude and hostile when I finally did speak with her. It's a shame. She is hurting the practice and the reputation of Dr. Pavone.

The worst. I actually scheduled with different provider at another facility for my breast reduction surgery. The staff is horrible at insurance submissions, follow-ups etc. I called 4 different time in 4 weeks and nothing was resolved. Don't waist your time. PLEASE go elsewhere.

My experience with Dr Pavone and his entire team has been nothing but positive. He has never rushed through an appointment and is always willing to fully explain any questions I may have. He is kind and compassionate and I am so thankful I chose him for my procedure. I was so nervous the day of surgery, but after he visited me pre-op, I was calm and ready to go! I highly recommend Dr Pavone and his team of professionals.

As a BRCA1 carrier, I opted to have a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy w reconstruction. Dr Pavone did an excellent job of taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain options for recon. He and his staff have always been very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they went the extra mile to fit me into their busy schedule. I had a 2 stage recon and was well taken care of for both surgeries. I'm very happy w my results, and would definitely recommend Dr Pavone to others!

Do not bother ! So the office staff was nice making the app, told me if my insurance does not cover I would have to pay $100. So they did not pay and I just received the bill for over that amount. I called for 2 days straight for Business Analyst voicemail title Tameka, no response, no call back, no I am working on it. I called the office and see if anyone can rectify this, but no she is it. Do not go to this office as the billing will make you regret it later.

Absolutely listens and cares about patients and their concerns. Respects how the patient feels and works towards a solution that is best for the patient and their own health. I feel very confident in the work that he does and have trusted him whole heartedly with any decisions he has made concerning my procedures. Would recommend him absolutely.
