Dr. Carter is a great doctor so it makes the incompetence of her staff even more disappointing. We went in for a yearly check up and got rescheduled by her staff twice because the receptionist never put our appts into the system. The third appt was the same day as the second appt and they refused to do the check up because "we can't do sick visits and well checks on the same day." There was never a sick visit, just a mistake on their end. On the hunt for a new doctor because of this fiasco.

Dr. Carter is the most amazing pediatrician. My daughters love her to pieces. My four year old has seen her since birth and talks about her on a regular basis. She provides excellent care and always fits us in any time any sort of illness comes up. Usually same day or first thing the next morning. Her office assistant Jessica is also great. We love Indian Land Pediatrics and will never leave there.

Dr. Carter is great! She always took the time to talk through any concerns we had about both of our children (even when we were probably being ridiculous first time parents). The office is small, which we loved because she and the staff all got to know our children well over the years we were there. We recently moved out of state and we were most sad to leave her and her practice!

Dr. Carter is the BEST!!! Her bedside manner is wonderful and she is very thorough. Her staff members are also the BEST!!! You can't go wrong taking your child here.

I absolutely love Dr. Carter and staff. They are always quick to schedule an appointment and there is never a wait. She is thorough and willing to listen. Her staff is great. Jessica is fantastic and always quick to help. Heather is fantastic as well. My kids are happy to go and not scared of the Doctor. Love this place!
