My experience has been outstanding. Dr. Covello is a compassionate understanding doctor. She listens to your concerns and is patient in explaining procedures. I am very pleased that I have Dr. Covello as a doctor.

Absolutely terrible at understanding diabetes. Everything is the patient’s fault. She offers zero interest or concern with the patient, unless you are doing well. Bottom line is my a1c while with her was >10 and never dropped. Since getting a new endo, I’m down to 8.3. Trying new solutions and ideas given by a knowledgeable endocrinologist. My advice, get somewhere else fast. She is a terrible dr. Offers no advice or answers.

My husband was admitted to Chilton Hospital for an unknown condition. Several doctors decided to release my husband after a 9 day stay, as 'we can't find anything wrong' and 'there is no need for you to be here'. My husband looked very sick, but since no diagnosis was forthcoming, my ill husband was going to be sent home. Enter Dr. Lucy Covello who reads her notes and informs my husband that not only is he very sick, he has a rare immune disease. Dr. C saved my husband's life!

Dr. Covello comes across as girly and sparkles. Her up-beat demeanor and zest for caring for her patients is the right stuff needed to set you at ease. She asks all the right questions as well as probing questions that a layman would not think about. She is truly more than charming, this doctor knows her stuff! I am very happy with her poise, confidence and how she is able to just think on her feet. A smart doctor who makes you feel relaxed and proves that 'stuffy' is not a medical requirement

Dr Covello is polite, professional, kind and caring. She gets to the point and involves the patient in every decision and action. She reminds you of an old fashion practitioner who would make house calls if you needed her in an emergency. She expects her patients to follow the agreed upon treatment plan. A true Healthcare gem.

in her office you forget that they system only cares about checking off boxes on irrelevant forms...she treats you like MDs used to treat us 30 years ago...like individuals
