So disappointed visit
Terrible visit with Dr. Li, the wait time was about one hour and she was only there with me for couple mins, and She talks so fast and I was confused about about the diagnose and asked her more questions, she has no intension to explain more. I feel so rushed and not listened or cared by the dr. Also their staff is horrible, When I first booked the appointment, I was directed to the wrong office, and need to reschedule it, when eventually I was waiting to be checked in on my second visit, there was another patient was told that they are in the wrong office and needs to be rescheduled just like I did. I was shocked how they could just waste others' time like this and no apologies, making the patients look like dumb but its really their problem. And when I asked their staff for the visit notes with dr, she looks like I am out of my mind for asking that. Please don't waste your time with Dr. Li and her staff.

Worst doctor Ive ever met
She must be by far the worst doctor ive ever met. She was rude and dismissive and arrogant. She misdiagnosed me and I only found out after I sought a second opinion. She is a terrible person and a terrible physician.

Not recommend
Saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes, feels very rushed she sees multiple patients at the same time, not even try to sit down and explain to me my skin condition, nor listen to my concerns.

The most caring and professsional dermatologist
Dr. Li is an amazing specialist and provides on-going care for me and my family for over 15 years. We appreciate her knowledge, ability to explain the most complex treatment, and her patience. I also like two locations where doctor can see me and flexibility to schedule appointments in both locations. Her staff is kind, demonstrates professionalism, and knowledge.

Myself and my family had visited this office for 5-6 times before and thought the service was okay until my son had a skin issue. During our visit, Dr. Lucy Li didn't tell us what root cause was, but just did liquid nitrogen freezing treatment. We were charged for $260 and asked to schedule another appointment for further treatment. We didn't feel comfortable without knowing root cause, so we sought for 2nd opinion in another dermatology office. Was so happy about the decision: the dermatologist in another office immediately identified the root cause and completed the treatment on the same day visit. We were only charged for $120 and no need for the second visit. In my opinion, Dr. Lucy Liu has either not been honest to her patients or she lacks of academic competence. Furthermore, her office charge was very high. For each office visit, we were charged for $260, even just talking to her nurse practitioner. And they asked us to come back for the 2nd, 3rd visit even it was not needed.

I had a terrible visit with Dr. Li, the entire visit was a blur. She talked really fast, didn't explain the diagnosis, and spent more time talking to her assistants than with me. When I tried to ask her questions about my condition, she just brushed me off. She was in the room for less than 5 minutes and I guess I wasted her time.

She was very professional, attentive, and caring. She did a Mohs surgery on me and was very patient in answering my many questions. She spent close to 30 minutes discussing my diagnosis and did everything in her power to reassure me that I would receive the best care possible. I trusted her and continue to see her annually. I am very happy with the way I was treated, and I totally recommend her!

Dr Lucy Li is good, but the wait time is horrible minimum 50 mins, dr will spend very very less time with the patient, that is less than 5 mins. Looks like these dermatologists overbook the appointments all the time . Unless until they change the wait time not worth to visit this place

I expected to see Dr. Li, but was put with a physician's assistant and I'm guessing was the physician assistant's assistant. The whole experience, from the freezing procedure not working as they said it would to my ear bleeding badly on the way home because they didn't properly bandage it, and the rude staff when I called to see about getting the freezing redone since it did absolutely nothing the first time. I will not go back.
