Dr. Ridlovsky is an excellent doctor - caring, attentive with excellent array of professional knowledge and very intelligent Me and my husband are her patients for over 6 years and we are happy that she is our doctor!

I can't tell you about my visit because in the 4 months I was a 'new patient" I was never able to get an initial visit. I suffered through pneumonia and a sinus infection trying to get an appointment, BEGGING to get a call back, to no avail. I called about 10 times, left message after message and nothing. I am disgusted at the fact that I was told she would be making appointments for new patients in October than it was pushed and pushed and pushed. It is not 2021 and still no call back. How dare you treat patient like this, especially during a pandemic.

I think she is one of the most caring doctors that I know. She is thorough. My questions have always been answered, before I’ve left the office. As far as the staff, well they have a lot to do. Everyone wants to be squeezed in and treated first so when they can’t accommodate all of us , we blame them. But I think most of them are doing there job well. I definitely recommend them.

Doctor allows herself to be upset with her patient questions when she doesn't know the answer or doesn't want to answer. Staff is not available even on the phone when you need them most: you can call them ten times in a row and they wouldn't bother to pick up. What a great service!

Terrible experience with this practice and the office staff in particular. The doctor prescribes unnecessary blood tests which are not covered by insurance as a part of an annual physical exam. They never return the calls and do not want to solve any issues. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

She is such a caring doctor...love her..she leaves no stone unturned...very thorough....never a long wait

Dr. Ridlovsky is a great specialist and very professional. She takes her time to get to know you, explains everything clearly and focuses thoroughly on diagnosis and treatment. She is very caring and reachable at any time. She is a great doctor and a great person, she is always there for you and will do her best to help you. The staff is also very professional and friendly. They take their job seriously and serve you at their best. I highly recommend Dr. Ridlovsky to everyone.
