I haven't seen Dr. S more than a handful of times in the 15 + years I've gone here but when I do he's very personable. Getting an appt. is very easy, even though their office is quite busy. I like the PAs and the nurses and would recommend to others.

Dr. Spagnolini is very patient and helpful in many ways. He never makes you feel rushed and listens patiently. He has helped my husband and myself very much over the 15 years having him as our family doctor.

This office and practice focus on the quantity of patience they can see in a day, with little to no attention on the quality of patient care. Talking to Dr. Spagnolini via phone, contrary to what was explained to me on my first visit, is off limits. You are advised to go to urgent care. First, I reported stomach issues. I was prescribed anxiety medications and sent to a psychologist. When I resisted, my physician told me that If I loved my wife and family, I would do the right thing.

On a scale of 1-10, I am going to give a 6. The doctor, PA, and front desk staff are courteous, but the calling into the office is terrible--20-25 minutes is the general hold time. Once you get to the office, there is inefficiency all the way around. Labs in house: 30-1 hour wait. On one occasion, the Xray tech could not even call in because the lines were jammed and so no one knew she would not be in to work; this caused a call-in and another 1.5 hr wait. More help needed, more phone lines
