Always has a solution for my health problems

I can't say he is a good doctor or not. I chose him as my primary provider as I live nearby but its been one week that I have not been able to make an appointment. they simply say something in Spanish and disappear for a LONG time. I now asked a girl not to hang up and help to make an appt, after saying ok, let me see, she hangs up.

This by far has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. I am awaiting a liver transplant and the care Luis Gonzalez has given me is unacceptable. He does zero follow-ups and during visits his bed side manner is smug and is always in a hurry never really going deep into a problem. Everything from the receptionist who always gives you attitude. To the physician assistant who becomes quite hostile with a small question. The last straw was a call I received today informing me they no longer accepted my insurance and that they had stopped accepting it since the end of January. That’s two months without informing me anything. That was very unprofessional and the perfect example of Luis Gonzalez’s lack of professionalism and lack of care.
