lack of compassion
dr is fine but his staff is by far the worst ive seen in the medical field very rude n incompetent, wait times are awful n his office waiting room is so small they pile chairs on top of each other n in this day of covid isnt healthy , that is if u can even get one to sit in cause of the overbooking, i had a 2 hour wait standing in the hall n then sitting on floor there, they finally called me bk dr came in was in theere maybe 5 mins left n never came bk after waiting another 45 mins in the exam room i left my self, had a colonoscopy in july n still dont know results

The doctor spent a generous amount of time answering all my questions and was flexible in determining my treatment strategy based on my wishes. He seems very knowledgeable and has a very good bedside manner. This was my first visit and I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this doctor.

This "doctor," or his incompetent rude staff, postponed pre-operative consultation 3 TIMES in the last three months!! NOT AN OUNCE OF CARE that these procedures were prescribed 7 months prior. So now, my referral for endoscopy/colonoscopy becomes null and void....and virtually eliminates these procedures occuring this calendar year----EVEN THOUGH PRESCRIBED BY my primary care physician 7 months ago! Shame on Luis Lopez....shame on Care Plus HMO....shame on all concerned. _____________________________________________________________________ VERY APPARENT my health "means nothing" to this doctor who FAILED totally to live up to "hypocritical oath" actually caring for "patients"---rather reducing me to mere business decision based upon money and convenience solely. ______________________________________________________________________ Would NEVER trust this doctor with any procedure when his actions show his monetary pursuits that dictate choices and office protocol.

Does not run on time nor apologize for making patient wait an hour past appointment time. Response was "to find another doctor".
