What stood out of my first visit is that I was in the wrong place the whole office person did not even know what they were doing and they’re not speak English very well

Having an appointment you would expect to be seen at least close to your appointment time. Not the case in this place. I heard Dr Luna himself was a great doctor who pays attention to his patients but his staff may be his downfall. Having an appointment yet waiting 3 hours and still not being seen I'm sorry but no. It was only after walking out that I get called with excuses and asked to come back. Why would I continue to waste my time? One of the staff said it was always this long a wait and sitting there so long if there was an issue with over booking appointments or even under staff or family emergency whatever the case may be ask someone if they would like to reschedule do not assume we have all day to waste. If I leave work to make it to my appointment on time I would like to be seen in an appropriate amount of time.

My mom is a patient there for many years. My mother is elderly, has Afib and suffers from high blood pressure. The elderly usually tend to be set in their ways and don't handle change very well and this is why we continue to go. This place overbooks their patients, the staff is unprofessional in all ways possible. They are rude and disrespectful, not the warmest welcome. The wait time is horrendous, you come in at daylight and leave when it's dark. I feel sorry for the patients, they come in sick and leave more sick. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I didn’t see dr Luna and this one dr said harbor house is where you can go to a group home

EXCELENT SERVICE, VERY GOOD DR. LISTENED AND ANSWERED QUESTIONS.

Office was filthy beyond belief. Spoke so softly I could not hear him at all. Seemed very disinterested in what I said or how I felt.

The worst experience today, Doctor Luna overbooks his patients and the wait time just to get a refill is over 4 hours. My Dad is a dialysis patient, heart problems and a diabetic.

I have not ever met a doctor who would forget first "do no harm."
