Great PCP
I have been a patient of Dr. Palacious for a decade. I recommended him to friends and family that now use him. Dr. Palacious is very patient, kind, knowledgeable and takes time explain recommended tests and procedures. I couldn’t be happier with him !

They know my name here.
Dr. Palacious and his staff is medical Home Base for me. I see a cardiologist, and a couple of other specialists, and I can always rely on Dr. Palacious to share records and information with them to ensure I am getting the right attention and correct medications. Even as medical providers everywhere these days are swamped with patients, I get the individual treatment I need.

Dr. Luis Palacios is an excellent PCP. He is very nice and empathetic. The three times I have been in his office he listens carefully all my concerns and explains to me all the questions I have. I am glad for having chosen him as my PCP.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Palacios?
I recently moved to Dallas and needed a new primary I have seen Dr. Palacios 3 times. Each time I found his bed side manner strange and borderline bizarre. His has a weird effect and his communication skills are lacking. On my last visit which was this past week he told me I needed to see a cardiologist, based on an ekg they performed on sight. He then said, “ok your done you can grab your things and leave.” I asked him if he was going to provide a recommendation, he said “well I will send the information to your insurance”. I left and it was super weird. I guess I will need to seek out a cardiologist online. My previous Dr. I only saw 2-3 times a year and never thought anything of it..but he was great spent time to get to know me and I felt he was committed to me as my Dr., now I know what it feels like when you don’t have confidence in you PCP and it doesn’t feel good.

We have had Dr Palacios as our "gate keeper" for quite a number of years. He is a "people" doctor, by that I mean he really has empathy, and truly cares for his patients. He is an excellent doctor and if he feels you need extra care he sets it up for you. There are not many left like him, He is the best of the best.
