Dr. Luis Roca, MD

Before visiting South Miami Women’s Health, I had severe medical anxiety and didn’t know if I would ever have kids due to it. Now, four years later, I have two boys. Dr Roca and the rest of the South Miami Women’s Health Team are caring, dedicated to their patients, and consummate professionals. My first baby was breach, requiring a c-section. Despite being incredibly anxious for the procedure, Dr Roca made me feel at ease and confident. He did an excellent job on both of my c-sections and I have the smallest, barely noticeable scar and two healthy children. I am so grateful for Dr. Roca.

They are very friendly answer. All my question they make me feel comfortable and relax.

Dr. Roca and his staff are amazing. Wouldn’t chose any other Dr to have my children with and my annual visits.

Dr. Roca is fantastic. I had my 1st baby with another doctor and had a horrible experience. For my 2nd baby I switched to Dr. Roca and it was amazing. The staff is wonderful and the whole experience excellent. I also had a mamogram that came out with a problem and he quickly responded. I appreciate that he takes his time to answer all your questions and is very professional. Its been 6 yrs and counting.. I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr Roca has been an absolute blessing in mine and my family's life. To start, he is respectful, gentle, and knowledgeable. He has been my doctor for close to 11 years since he began at this practice. I was a patient of the form leading doctor at the time but was unable to see me. I was reluctant at first, but since that day, he has been my Dr of choice. He has since helped me through severe complications with my 2nd pregnancy leading to the c-section and delivery of my healthy daughter (now 6) . Has helped monitor other pre-existing conditions & fibroids, and continues to be an advocate for my health and wellness. The support team in his office are personable and make one feel like family.

Dr. Rica is more interested in his stats than in his patients. This October he was on duty when my granddaughter was in labor. To protect his precious stats he refused to give her a c-section and her first born almost died. Both got septic because the Hospital is trying to avoid c-sections on their records. Fortunately, he was transferred to Miami Children's and hope he will survive.

Dr. Roca deserves some form of creditation for his exceptional work. He has been my OBGYN for years & has delivered both my children. He is compasionate, informative, attentive & extremely professional. He listens, takes his time with his patients & genuinely cares about our needs. I have spoken to multiple women in the waiting room and we all have the same positive experiences with him. He is hands down, the best in South Florida.

Everyone in the office is always very helpful and very courteous. Dr. Roca is a great physician who really goes above and beyond.

Dr. Roca is amazing, he is so nice and professional. He delivered my first baby this year and throughout the whole pregnancy he was very attentive. He always made sure to answer all of my questions and when ever I had a problem or concerns he would call with answers. He is very patient and kind, I would recommend him to all. his staff is also very helpful. He's passionate about his line of work and one of the best doctors iv seen.

Everybody in the office are nice and friendly. Dr. Luis Roca always listens to my concerns and was always there when I need him. When I am worry about anything, he always makes me feel better. I had problems with my thyroids while I was pregnant, he made sure my baby and I was ok. I have 4 kids and each had different doctors, and Luis Roca has been the best one I had.

Dr. Roca gave a range of options for treatment instead of trying to influence me towards his preference. He thoroughly answered my questions and never appeared rushed to get to his next patient. There also seemed to be a culture in the office that valued care for the emotional as well as the physical care for each patient.

Dr. Roca is one of the best doctors in his line of work. He is very professional but also has an amazing bedside manner and is able to make expectant mothers at ease with any question or concern that may come up. His staff is extremely attentive and I promise as a former patient of his you will receive top notch care !
