Dr. Torres left a 5 star review on himself on Google, just to raise his reviews. If you look at the Google and Yelp ratings for The Advanced Behavioral Health Center where he works, you will see mostly 1 star reviews. I cannot stand it when people, especially doctors are not honest and try to scam others-especially by writing 5 star reviews on yourself!!! I am glad that another reviewer pointed this out. I can verify that he is a terrible doctor and I am giving my 1 star review as well.

Dr. Torres seemed bored and uncaring. The real work is done by the counselors working there. The only reason to see him is to get a script. If your insurance provider insists you go, go. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

It's ok for the patients to wait 1+ hours to be seen but if you have ANY kind of emergency or need to reschedule 24 hours or less of a appointment. You will pay $50.00. I understand if you just no show but this practice is unreasonable, unethical, and taking advantage of patients.

Dr Torres is a very attentive doctor, that shows his many years of experience and I felt comfortable in our visits. The staff is very friendly and professional, great office!
