Dr. ULLOA
Been going to this office for years and was switched from Dr. Bueno who was excellent, to Dr. Ulloa. He doesn't listen, is condescending, and asks the same questions repeatedly. Did annual exam and gave no feedback so I asked specifically if all was ok; he rudely responds that if anything was wrong, he would have told me. Asked me if I exercised or had a pool and when I said no pool, no friends with pool, tells me I need better friends. After finishing the exam, he starts to leave so I get up to leave and he tells me I need to stay.; after about 8 minutes, the nurse comes in and says 'oh? He's gone??' And tells me to leave. Checking out I'm told I need a test to check blood flow, which Ulloa never mentioned! Have no idea why the test was ordered so called the office and left vm: no one called me back so I'm cancelling the test until I get clarification. Am also requesting another Dr. as I don't trust or care for Ulloa at all. From other reviews his poor behavior is typical.

Very satisfied
Dr Ulloa was kind and thorough. The Medical Group of S Fl is convenient and staff is helpful and friendly. They make it easy for blood draws and other tests. Always on time with scheduled appointments. I think most people who have good experiences don’t bother to give feedback while people with bad experiences do. I recommend this facility.

Dr Ulloa made me feel like cattle; no empathy and very careless. He sent an incorrect prescription to my pharmacy and never corrected it, he referred me to a Dermatologist who is not within my network and he would not allow me to draw blood onsite and send to Quest (as I kindly requested). This place is absolutely awful.

I have called their office 4 times and left messages with no follow up return phone call. I’m dealing with and Illness and need to see the doctor. Every time I get a different PA. They don’t update the records so you have to re tell your story. They don’t care about the patient but just getting you through the line. No personal or compassion for their patients. I will try to find another health care. I’m terribly disappointed.

Dr Ulloa seems like a good doctor. However, the Mesical Group of South Florida feels like a puppy mill...more concerned with their own productivity than patient health. Example: scheduled a routine annual checkup which is 100% covered by insurance. They stretched this out to 4 appointments: initial visit, bloodwork, ultrasound, and finally the actual physical. My copay for all these visits was over $300, actual billing was much more. Staff is harried, expect to be asked your name and date of birth o Er and over and over, including by the same person. A little too impersonal, too time consuming ( multiple visits), and too wasteful/expensive for me.

One of the worst offices and Dr. I've ever had. First is very hard to get anyone on the phone, the machine sends you to the VM. Then they make lots of mistakes with billing and in general they are careless, lazy and don't know what they are doing. When you get your blood work done, he wants to see you again in 2 weeks just to tell you results, otherwise they will not tell you the results if you don't come in and spend money. You can forget getting referrals or receiving requests!!

Long wait time from appointment time, Has the receptionist or medical assistant call you back with your results, rather than calling you himself or sending a letter so if you have any questions, the medical assistant is not able to answer them medically.
