Dr Duran is smart ,caring and I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

This Lady does NOTHING AT ALL to help her patients -- she wanted to have my appointment be a zoom meeting - Felt my throat really quickly and said swallow - looked from across the room and said everything was fine - Asked for tests to be run - Said all the tests would have to be done by my regular DR- regular DR said they needed to be done by an endo. I told her mark that in your charts that you WON'T run the tests - SHE DID NOT OF COURSE ! why would she want to get herself in trouble . RUDE DISMISSIVE - LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS - WILL NOT BE SEEING HER AGAIN - I told her i was having hot flashes and feeling hot all the time - she felt my head said i have been feeling people all day ( DID NOT WASH HER HANDS WHEN ENTERING THE ROOM BTW ) and said i was fine - how can you tell how i feel ? Luisa Duran you should have your licence taken away for being so callous and uncaring with your patients !

Absolute worst, most incompetent, uncaring doctor I've ever seen. 35 minutes late - could have been more if I hadn't noticed her ongoing chitchat with another doctor. Absolutely no answers, she just repeated what I already knew and told her back to me. Did not even look at studies.

Dr Duran is outstanding. I've had type 2 for 15 years. She is very thorough and is versed in all the new drugs and treatments available. I rate her 5.0 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Dr. Duran was very friendly, attentive to detail, and helpful. I highly recommend her; the visit was an easy experience and she had great insight for every question I had.

Referred by a friend to see Dr. Duran so happy I found her! She is very knowledgeable, straightforward, kind and professional. She has been my doctor now for several years and i recommend her highly to anyone who needs a great endocrinologist!

Doesn't respect others time. She has a policy of canceling an appointment if late by 10mins. But still I need to wait atleast 30min for every appointment.

I was scheduled to see the doctor at 8:50am and got a call 15 minutes prior to say that the appointment was cancelled. Why? Because she reviewed my chart and said she doesn't specialize in progesterone. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I made the appointment a month ago? Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this doctor nor the practice if this is how they conduct themselves professionally with patients.
