They don’t have the patients best interest at heart. She is more about making money than helping! Dont waste your time.

Long term
I have seen her for over 12 years and she knows her stuff. They are a very busy office they book as many as needed to take care of us. so this does create wait time but it is worth it.

Excellent care for her patient
I am a new patient to Dr Ferrell’s office, and she’s the nicest and most caring doctor I have ever interacted with. She explained things to me in a way I could understand, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Her office staff was very friendly and welcoming to me as well, and in my current condition I really appreciated their kindness. I highly recommend this office.

The office people are rude and very, very uncaring. They treat everyone like they are drug seekers and are not being truthful about their pain. In addition, they are not accessible by phone and are downright mean about making appointments. The doctor knows this but nothing changes. The biggest problem is that if something is wrong, the office staff keeps you from getting through to notify the doctor. Also, my pharmacist cannot reach them either...the voicemail comes on and the box is full. This does not sound like caring to me. I would NEVER recommend her because of her cruel office staff.

Pain management been with her now going on 5 years
Great.. Dr Ferrell is a great Dr she cares deeply for her patients and takes the time to answer ur questions and needs and she also at the same time makes sure she does her protocols and ethics I would recommend her to anyone the staff is also great never had any issues there they don’t make u feel less or judge have always returned my calls and always tried to work me in if needed to and Cynthia is the best too her assistant nurse and she knows her stuff very kind and caring no regrets been seeing her going on 5 years … she is just doing her job best of her knowledge and trying to help her patients but has to go by the book some ppl just dnt like but it’s her career and caring about people she does a Awsome job of being a great person and doctor so is her staff I highly recommend at least check this office out before judging take ur own words for it

Dr. Ferrell was totally professional I highly recommend her she’s very knowledgeable My wait was not very long maybe 30 minutes she did prescribe something for me on my first visit because she knows when someone needs help versus people coming in just to get pain medication and giving her a bad review because she won’t give them pain medication

Dr. Lydia Ferrell was supposed to treat me for Pain Management every time I went to her in a three-month period She said she could not treat me because she didn't have my records from the past I think that's a poor excuse of a doctor telling somebody that's in a great deal of pain. Then she discharged me.

I understand when a doctor can't return trivial calls, when it's crucial to the patients health it should be automatic. My work changed insurance co.'s 5/1 when the new 7 day law passed for controlled substances and after several calls to her for a simple authorization to bypass this as I have been a pain patient for 11 years and not 30 days like Anthem was showing, she wouldn't comply. No return calls, no fax retuned, nothing. I had Anthem going thru hoops for me and she didn't lift a finger.

I don't mind going to her but when things go wrong they are of no help. They Never return calls, not even calls from other doctors or your insurance company. The waiting room is packed and hot with no air at all. They had a fan to help blow stale air around, now thats gone. Once I showed up to my appt. and had my appt. card with me and since someone forgot to enter my appointment into their system they refused to see me. I was given an appt. for the next day but it's an hr. round trip for me.

One positive point, great medication knowledge. No true compassion, Unethical and will not under any circumstance over see or correct actions of her staff. If you want be treated like a drug addicted criminal you're in the right spot.

Always double and sometimes triple books each slot! Spends the minimum of time, usually 5 minutes,after waiting a minimum of an hour. She barely lays hands on you during that 5 minutes. She does not look into anything new or innovative. Appears to be like a puppy mill, get as many patients in per hour in order to earn max amt. of money.

Both Dr and office personnel get a F grading in all areas. Dr is uncaring and doesn't care about patient and required needs and pain. They do not return phone calls and office personnel are constantly quitting or getting fired. If pharmacy is out of med prescribed Dr will not transfer to same pharmacy but diff location. Her response to this problem is she doesn't have the time and patient will have to do without meds. Do NOT go here and waste your time and energy because you will be disappointe!
