I love Dr Lydia. She is quick to give a detailed explanation of test results. Yet, she is reasonable in her approach to prescribing medications. She takes a healthy mind and body approach. She looks to treat the whole person, not prescribe a band aide approach.

Dr. Wallace told me several times that she had to limit my visit time to only 20 minutes. As a result, she only heard a small portion of my verified and complicated maladies. She made arbitrary and uneducated decisions and comments about my use of LEGAL medical marijuana for pain and anxiety. I was extremely disappointed that she could present as so nice and understanding, and then turn on me in such an unprofessional way.

Dr. Wallace is the best. She is thorough and has excellent follow-thru. She genuinely is interested in my well-being and was willing to prescribe when necessary and advise on OTC treatments. She treats the whole patient.

Dr. Wallace is very thorough. She listens to what I have to say. When I’m sick and need to be seen, she gets me right in the same day. She is a phenomenal Dr. The staff are always very polite and courteous. They all are very patient and never make you feel rushed! The environment is warming and welcoming. The office is very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend her!

We were lucky and blessed to find Dr. Wallace after we relocated here from NJ in 2017. She is knowledgeable and thorough with her patients and offers the best medical care while demonstrating sincere compassion and interest in their lives. She and her staff are on top of all the issues that come up, are extremely helpful and always pleasant and happy to assist us.

I am so pleased with Dr. Wallace. She is professional and personable at the same time. She listens, she advises and lets me participate in decisions about my health and treatment. Also, she has the best office staff ever, esp. Dawn and Lee Ann. I’m so happy with them.

Neighbor and church member suggested Dr Wallace when I mentioned I was looking for a primary Doctor. They were right on. She is everything and more..I feel confident and relieved to have my health care needs under the supervision of someone I like and trust. My husband wants Dr. Wallace to be his physician also.

I highly recommend Dr. Wallace to any one in citrus health system. Dr. Wallace an outstanding doctor that takes time to explain all medical options. Dr. Wallace took her to time to explain all my blood work and how to help improve numbers. All staff in this office are very helpful.
