Rude & seemingly ignorant?
I have sarcoidosis & am on some medications that can impact bones. My disease also causes some cognitive issues. I was referred to him by a community dental center. At one point, I asked the doctor what could cause such erosion of my teeth and the underlying bone. What I meant was which of my medications was the problem. The doctor replied 'Poor dental hygiene.' Wow. Even the nurse looked startled. I always had great teeth until this disease and I assumed the dentist might know something about the medications that were impacting my tooth loss. He made me feel like the worst person. I don't mind rudeness in a doctor who is good at what they do. I'm not there for the pleasant company after all. However, I don't want a doctor who apparently doesn't know more about the patient's medical situation. The building was nice and clean. The front desk staff and the nurse were all polite and professional.

Had a tooth extracted on May 30th 2019. Was a little nervous, but felt at ease as soon as I entered the building. All staff was helpful, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hogg and his assistant were very patient with all my questions. Was not in a lot of discomfort during and after the procedure. Will return for any problems in the future.

This surgery center is the place to be if you have any dental work that needs to be done! The office managers, associates, dental assistants and doctors are amazing! They worked hand in hand with my dentist and my OB clinic to get my wisdom teeth out in a timely manner while being pregnant. I felt 100% comfortable the whole time and they offered so much advice and guidenace on how to do all the afte care! Seriously, going to this office is not scary, it's comforting!

I got wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hogg years ago probably about 6 I am disabled and have a fear of being inebriated, so I opted to stay awake. During my surgery I felt an inordinate amount of pain and swore because it hurt badly, Years later I still remember Dr. Hogg saying that if I swore again he would leave my half broken teeth in my mouth and would not finish removing them. I have never felt so unsafe or frankly traumatized by someone before or since. I later found out he had done the same t
