She’s very gentle with your vagina
She old school and doesn’t play around. I’m always nervous when I go until I’m in the room relaxed as I can be. She’s very intelligent and she tells it like it is. I wouldn’t want a gun that’s gonna lie. She a tiger, they do what they do and leave

Shouldn’t be a doctor
I visited Puckett at least three times over a year, with my symptoms getting worse and worse. The first visit she believed my symptoms to be pregnancy related. I told her that wouldn’t be the case, but it didn’t seem like she believed me until she saw the test was negative. Then she told me, “well if the symptoms continue, come back.” I should have found a new doctor after that. The laziness and lack of care was shocking. Two more visits later, she kept telling me to get on birth control. My hormones are all over, and that’s “just the way my body is.” My last visit with her, she quite literally had her hand on the doorknob the entire time. I cried in the parking lot afterwards, thinking Puckett was right; my body was just out of control and there was no reason for it.Now: I’m now a few months post-op from having an ovarian cyst removed and being treated for Stage 2 Endometriosis. If it wasn’t for Pucketts laziness, lack of professionalism, I would have been treated much sooner.

Dr Puckett would not see me with my concerns of pain, inability to stand, and a vagina that smelled of roadkill. When I requested to see someone else she said no. I passed a blood clot that had to have been inside me for several days. Makes me wonder if it could have gone septic.

Worst OB I’ve Had Yet
I have gone to about a handful of appointments with Dr.Puckett, and I have hated almost all of them. She talks to me like I’m stupid misdiagnosed me with Gestational Diabetes, proceeded to badger me about the fact that it’s been difficult making it and that I’ve had to miss 2 appointments bc of weather and transportation issue. When I attempted to ask to switch doctors she belittled me for that, and then pushed me to stay even when I wasn’t comfortable with it. She doesn’t do anything meaningful during my checkups, she half way reads my reports with a “no care” attitude. She will cut me off when attempt to speak to her. She’s tried suggesting forcing me on insulin I don’t need. She rushes every appointment. I came to her to get better care bc my previous doctor wasn’t trained to do babies, he was just a standard small town OB that did what he could which is not his fault. But since I’ve switched to her I’ve received worse care. Only the ultrasound office is worth it, and does great.

Very rough and wouldn't stop even though I was crying. Insulted my private parts for how they looked along with my weight, and other symptoms of PCOS. Horrible bedside manners. Rushed me through the appointment and didn't answer any of my questions. Said she had other patients waiting. Appointment was about 10 mins. Invalidated my concerns of infertility and lack of sexual desire basically telling me to "just pleasure my boyfriend because that's what being a good girlfriend means" and wouldn't consider the medication I was on would be the cause for less desire. Referred me to a doctor for a surgery and told me he was also blunt and would tell me to lose weight. I told her I wanted a different referral and she said "no he's the best surgeon." Left me crying in the room and told me me to put my clothes on. She didn't return so I walked out and left crying. This was a couple years ago and I haven't gone to another OB because it was so awful.

I visited with Dr. Puckett for a first time visit and she said some very blunt and odd comments about my cervix. Which I brushed off. She took a blood sample which I never heard the results until I asked the scheduling clerk on my second appointment. I was told everything looked great and my concerns were dismissed in my second appointment about my bloodwork by Dr. Puckett. My second visit was a biopsy and she had said more oddly blunt and semi rude comments to me. She rushed through the appointment and didn’t listen when I said the speculum was hurting me. Afterwards, I was teary eyed she handed me a tissue and asked if it actually hurt that bad. She sat down with me and point blank told me she didn’t believe what I was telling her and again dismissed my concerns. I got the blood test results back, only because I asked the scheduling clerk for my results and I need to see a specialist . I don’t plan on going back and I would not recommend her.

I would not recommend. I have had two miscarriages, and she has been no help to me. She makes unnecessary hurtful comments. She never explains why or what she is doing during exams. She barely tried to help me figure out why I have had two miscarriages. I had to ask for testing, she was just gonna tell me to keep trying. She ordered one panel for bloodwork (after I specifically had to ask for it) and never explained to me what was on it. When it came back normal I asked her nurse if there was anything else I could do to figure out what’s going on, or if I could do more testing/what’s the next step and she gave me an abrupt no and tried to get off the phone. Both So uncaring and unprofessional, unwilling to help and don’t have your best interest in mind. You’re just another number with them.

Never use this sad excuse for a physician. She falsified my surgical records, closed my internal incision wrong and disregarded my concerns. Due to this I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy after a hysterectomy and nearly died.

I went to Dr. Puckett for a second opinion. She took time, was caring, thoughtful, and responded with insight based on both research and experience. She recommended a more conservative approach and I am grateful. I followed her advice and it has been WONDERFUL. I've seen her at least 10 times over the past few years for surgery, annual exams, and dealing with problems. She's always been kind, compassionate, and always gave me as much time as needed to discuss things. HIGHLY recommend.

My first time with this doctor. When she entered she already seemed aggravated about something. She lectured me in a very cold, angry way on various things. She disagreed with the way I was taking some medicines and this seemed to frustrate her more. I told her the way she was speaking to me was making me uncomfortable. She aplogized and then defended herself. She did not soften her tone at all. I told her I would not be getting an exam from her and I walked out. Please be careful!

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. She is the most uncaring person I have ever seen. From the first I've sensed a negative vibe from her. She doesn't explain anything. You literally have to dig out the information from her and ask lots and lots of questions. She just doesn't care. Once I came to her filling so sick I could barely stand, I had a fever, my blood pressure was low. She said it is ok, just go home and lie down. When I almost fainted at the front desk, she even didn't come
