Dr. Lynn Tran, MD

Never had to deal with a more incompetent medical facility before and I'm in the legal field and constantly commute with medical facilities. 1st, I was told a certain time when I scheduled my appointment and when I got there I was told that my appointment was actually scheduled for an earlier time. 2nd, I was given the wrong address when I scheduled my appointment and had to call them the day of to find out where they actually were. 3rd, I had to wait 2 hours to talk before someone came out and told me that I had to wait an additional 4 hours and even then, I may not even get seen. I've been a patient of Dr. Lynn Tran for a few years now and I've never actually been seen by her. Every time I have an appointment with her I get seen by another random doctor from the practice. At this point I'm switching doctors and medical facilities to one that actually knows what they are doing.

Dr Tran is awesome! She is present, involved & proactive about my health concerns. The office staff at her office, Optum could not be better! They are kind, patient while busy, remember me personally & have a lightening response to requests & referrals. No matter how good a doctor is, it's the office staff that executes the necessary follow-up and they expeditiously do that with care. I love this Dr & team!!

My experience with Dr. Tran was an A+ experience. She was very informative and helpful. I am picky about my doctors but she was very professional and friendly. I’m glad to have finally found the right doctor.
