After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes, I was told by her assistant that she prefers complicated cases. When Dr. Morrison finally entered the room, she spoke only to her resident, refused to answer my two questions, and signed off on a chart that included things that had not happened while I was there. Additionally, she missed a spot on my face that I have now taken to a competent dermatologist.

Over $500.00 out of pocket for exam of skin condition, INSTEAD of my primary reason for appointment I was treated to liquid nitrogen removal for a tiny bump that would eventually become a wart on my hand. Wrote letters to office after looking up wart removal coding; the code they billed me for one tiny unrecognizable bump-someday-will-be-a-wart was a code for 17 plus warts removal fee/code when ONE wart removal code was available to use. Never heard a word back about error/ $ I overpaid.
