Although we have not been able to get a diagnosis, Dr. Haws is very diligent about digging further to get a true diagnosis and get referrals to help with that. We are very happy with the entire experience, thank you Dr Haws and staff!

We are blessed to have him as a neurologist here in Spokane, it was worth the wait! Pediatric neurologists are angels in my eyes. We do not have enough of them. Not many people are willing to go into the field, and I am happy to know that we have some that really do care about their profession and patients. Dr. Hawes is very kind, patient, understanding and caring. He has a great bedside manner and my daughter really likes him. Usually when someone’s field is so high in demand and so short-staffed you end up with arrogant jerks, but Dr. Hawes is down to earth and pretty awesome. The rest of the staff in his office are just as amazing. I have never had one bad experience in the last nine years of going there. It was a rough road to get to that point, but I’m thankful that this office was at the end of it! I don’t recall who we started out with, but it’s always a pleasure.

Dr. Michael Haws is an amazing doctor. Very intelligent, patient, and has outstanding bedside manner. Very well rounded Doctor! This office has a great group of staff!

We have seen Dr Haas for almost 3 years now. Over time his office have become our family. We are so grateful compassion and friendliness along with all of Dr Haas knowledge. I know that my daughter is always in the best hands when we have hospital stays and enjoy each member if their team. Extra big thank you to the gals at the front desk Dr Haas and his medical assistant and nurse for always trying their hardest to ease our fears and worries.

We were very happy with the care we received here. They got us in before the 3 month wait and got the tests we needed in short time and also called with the results earlier than I thought they would. Dr. Haws listened and took time and interacted with our young daughter (who the appointment was for), in a way that put her and us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and encouraging and realistic.

Dr. Haws was amazing at diagnosing our daughter, listening to our questions and concerns, and walking us through her MRI and breaking each thing down in a way we understood it. He was so thorough and his heart to meet the parents where we are at was special. He made us feel heard and ultimately he eased our fears.
