Saw Dr. Maanasi Madan when my regular doctor was not available, this was a most horrible and unprofessional experience. She completely dismissed my concerns and tried to shame me for coming in, told me that lots of money had been spent on tests and nothing was wrong with me, told me to ignore it. Yet I was miserable. Another doctor in her group later apologized for her and said she is no longer with them.

I was impressed by how much time she spent with me during my initial appointment. She reviewed my health history and ordered tests to determine if I had any issues that could be missed. I appreciate the ability to communicate through an electronic system for questions and test results.

Provider did not ask many questions about my symptoms. Did not take time to evaluate my record history. Did not check vitals to see if my symptoms could have an effect in other areas nor did she feel to see where pain exist. Provider gave very few recommendations and clearly stated she does not know. After receiving nothing the provider also declined to waive my 5 mins visit from insurance as requested.

I was able to see Dr Madan for my initial appt and then was bounced between her 2 nurse practitioners for all other appointments. One of the nurse practitioners prescribed a new medicine that I was not able to handle, and when I asked specific question about the medication, the nurse practitioner suggested I follow up with another one of my doctors (Gyno) to determine a better solution for something that falls under internal medicine. Not sure if Dr Madan is aware of the incompetence she employs

My first with Dr. Mandan ,and she did not spend time listening to my concerns. She seemed flustered when she discovered that I was a new patient ( she had never seen before). She had not reviewed my chart and was not aware of my health history. Disorganized. The physical exam was less than 5 minutes, and she seemed in a hurry to get out of the room. She did not perform a clinical breast exam or pelvic exam- which I have typically received by other physician's during my annual exam.
