Professional Service and Staff
Dr. 'Mack' as I like to call him has been very professional. It's nice to meet the Dr. in whom you put your trust. Many times you never meet him/her. Provider: Amy Miller is equally as professional and with whom is easy to converse. I have nothing to say negative about them or the staff.

If it would have allowed me to give it zero stars, I would have. His staff is the absolute worst nursing staff I have ever had to deal with. My first appointment was cancelled the day before, after waiting 5 months to get in to see him. I never get any phone calls returned (I have only ever called 4 times as well.) His staff is completely RUDE. He is a great compassionate doctor but as for his staff they are awful. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SEE HIM AGAIN.
