Telehealth
He saw me promptly. Nurse had me disrobe and Rachel came in and did a thorough exam. Previous doc had never checked me out so much----they had never had me bare everything. Good doctor.

my first visit and exam
I felt as if this doctor is an expert in his field. He is confident about the best way to treat my problems, and immediately started taking the first step. He explained how he will first treat one area, then refer me to specialist, then move on to another area, and so forth.I have seen quite a few dermatologists over the years, and I now feel Dr. Rachal is the BEST yet !

Respectful, thorough and communicative
Unlike my prior poor experiences with Dermatologist ignoring my concerns and not being thorough Dr. Rachal was communicative, very thorough during my annual check up and addressed any concerns I had.

Very Very nice
the staff and Dr are great and very friendly. He was a very nice doctor and took his time explaining every question we had. His attitude was great as he kept it on a personal level and hid humor was great as well.

Recent Visit
I was very pleased with my recent visit to Dr. Rachal. He knows how to make a patient feel comfortable during an exam. It was also amazing to see how efficient the office staff was. My appointment started right on time, and I was back in my office within less than 40 minutes (including the 5-minute commute).

Self and Wife
Did full body skin exams. Treated my solar keratoses with liquid nitrogen. Diagnosed wife’s chronic prurigo nodularis and prescribed treatment. Great, very professional visit.
