Very disappointing experience as a Front Desk Receptionist. I often felt disrespected and unappreciated.

I would highly recommend Dr. Gaddam
Being a hard patient to deal with she has been absolutely right in her treatment of my diabetes. Even though I stray she does not mince words to get me back to where I need to be. After being over medicated by other doctors she has streamlined my treatment as an insulin dependent diabetic.

Meh.. So-So..
The doctor herself is nice, when you actually get to talk to her. I spent more time talking to her nurse than her for the year and a half that I saw her. It's extremely hard to get to speak to someone over the phone - you call && no one ever picks up, instead, you get a recording asking you to text with them instead. Then you do that && it takes hours for them to reply. The wait time, oh lort! I always arrive fifteen minutes early to doctor's appointment's but I still waited, every single time, over an hour before I was ever called back.

Dr did not demonstrate knowledge in her field, and did not listen to the me as the patient. My appointment with her was a terrible experience. I see many doctors due to cancer issues and my experience with Dr Goddam was the worst. I left with no confidence she knew what she was doing.

Dr. Gaddam has literally saved my life . I had a life threatening tumor that could not be operated / treated at any of the hospitals in Dallas .Several surgeons in Dallas refused to operate and remove the tumor.Dr. Gaddam made several calls to Mayo clinic, Rochester,MN and made sure I got the best treatment. I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful this doctor has been to me.She is the best endocrinologist I have ever been to and a TRUE gift from GOD !

Hideous treatment from the worst medical team in Dallas - we were lied to, six times. Rude, despicable service - Life altering issues were ignored. Massive detrimental outcome because of how these terrible people treated us. Run a mile.

Despite life and death issues, the incompetence and disregard from this Doctor Gaddam and her team to to approve on time, release vital life impacting information, return a call and then to obviously (affirmed by several) and systematically lie and fabricate answers about it has left us bewildered and devastated - avoid this practice at all costs. We will be taking them to an oversight authority process. Heartsore.

She is exceptional at treating my Type 1 diabetes. I have had it for 30+ years and she doesn't try to take over and TELL me how I should control it, she listens and is supportive in all treatment areas I have suggested. Her staff has always been friendly but I do agree that when leaving a message for her medical assistant I never receive a call back. But Dr. Gaddam has actually called me after hours just to check on how I am doing. I would recommend her to anyone :)

Dr. Gaddam is great when you get to see her. She listens well and doesn't make you feel rushed. She's also prepared and informed before the appointment. The problem is getting to her. Staff rarely answers the phone and it's even more rare to get a return phone call. When you do talk to a staff member the quickly tell you how busy they are and make you feel like you're bothering them. Dr. Gaddam would get 4 stars, but her staff gets 0. So I'm averaging it to 2 stars.

I'm amazed Dr. Gaddam's rating is this low. I've been going to her for about 10 months now. I have anxiety with Dr's in general, so it took me awhile to get up the nerve to go to a specialist for hypothyroidism. I shouldn't have waited. Gaddam has been caring & compassionate every time. Even when I came in upset with myself for only having lost 5lbs with the med change, she was supportive & encouraging. No patient blaming. Just ideas on what to try moving forward. She's great & her staff is too.
